Watch Out! Signing up for the Premium version requires Autorenew, and good luck canceling the $106 renewal. That's the business model. Fortunately, my credit card was suspicious so they blocked it. FIXD promptly sent me a link to change my credit card, a link which apparently found my account just fine without even the need to log in, but when I emailed to request canceling, they sent me a link that wouldn't recognize my email address that they had just used!! I had to cancel the credit card!!

Works as a basic OBD2 reader. However, once you get past the 30 day trial, your card will be charged every year. They will not refund past the 30 days. Probably my ignorance, but they will not refund the recent subscription and I can't login with my email or phone. Very frustrating. They did say they would take me off the reoccurring payments, but too bad on the $99.99...use a local mechanic you can trust or buy a recent reader.

SCAM - I ordered the devices which I did not use. I did not order the premium service but the over $100 charge just showed up a month later. There's no number to call, no help, they just swipe your money without any authorization. They send a bot email that tells you to cancel what you didn't sign up for in the first place, that just repeats itself but there's no way to get your money back whether you signed up or not they will charge. Buyer BEWARE. This is a SCAM.
